Privacy Policy

Effective August 12, 2026.

Call AI uses the information needed to place and manage calls on your behalf. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or track you across apps or websites.

Information we handle

We process your Sign in with Apple account identifier; the name and phone number you choose to provide; call destinations, instructions, transcripts, outcomes, and usage; and App Store subscription transaction identifiers. Audio is streamed while a call is active and is not retained by Call AI.

How information is used

We use this information only to authenticate you, complete calls, show call status and history, enforce plan limits, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain your subscription entitlement.

Service providers

Call data may be processed by Apple for sign-in and subscriptions, SignalWire for telephony, OpenAI for speech and agent processing, and Cloudflare for hosting. Developer credentials entered in Developer Settings are stored on your device and sent only to the services you configure.

Retention and deletion

Account and call history remain until you delete your account. Short-lived authentication and abuse-prevention records expire automatically. In Call AI, open Settings and choose Delete Account to permanently delete server-side account, call, transcript, usage, session, and subscription-linking records. Deleting Call AI data does not cancel a subscription managed by Apple.

Your choices

You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in App Store Subscriptions. For privacy questions, use the developer contact channel on Call AI’s App Store product page.
